This survey has now closed - thank you! Our team will now analyse the results, which will inform our next steps.

To help improve our services and save our city money, we want to understand more about what’s important to you when it comes to rubbish, recycling and organic waste.

By taking part, you’re giving us valuable information that will help us to deliver better results for you, so thank you very much. We know that you're busy people, so we’re very grateful for your time and feedback.

This survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. If you choose to take part, only one question is mandatory (about your suburb) - the rest are optional. We’re asking these questions to ensure that we are accurately representing our residents’ needs and opinions.

Be sure to enter a prize draw at the end of the survey for one of five $100 gift vouchers (for residents aged 16 and above). To enter, we will ask for your email address to be in with a chance to win!

If you wish to withdraw your responses after completing the survey, please contact us at contact@huttcity.govt.nz or complete a form at tgtw.nz/contactform before October 14, 2024 to have your responses removed. Please note that your completion of the survey indicates that you have given consent to participate.

The survey will close at 11:59pm on Sunday 13 October.
