The Judd Crescent Playground is aging and in need of refurbishment. The play equipment is run down and reaching the end of its life.
The current playground consists of a play unit with a baby springy and a set of swings located about 20-25 metres away.
We would like to hear from your children about the types of play and play equipment they would like to have in their playground Please use the feedback form and ideas tool on this page to record their thoughts and ideas.
We will also be hosting free BBQ's at the playground so that the community can talk with us about what type of playground they would like to see in the reserve. Check out the upcoming events section on this page for dates and times.

We would like you to think about the kind of playground you’d like for your children and the wider community and then give us your ideas. Two approaches to playground design are natural and formal play.
Natural Play - a nature-based playground is a space that welcomes children to interact with natural materials like soil/sand, water, plants, logs, and rocks.
Formal Play - built playground equipment that teaches developmental skills and encourages movements that build both gross and fine motor skills, along with core strength.
We have added some images of what these might look like. Please add comments or 'like' the ones that you think might work in the Judd Crescent Playground. Please also add any other ideas you and images of things that might work.
