Hutt City Council is seeking feedback of the Control of Animals Bylaw amendments. We encourage any person or organisation with an interest in the proposed amendments to the Bylaw to provide feedback.
This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Once you complete the survey, our Research and Evaluation team will compile and analyse the results.
Privacy Statement
Hutt City Council respects your privacy and takes the protection of your personal information seriously. The information collected as part of your submission will be used for the sole purpose of the Control of Animal Bylaw amendments and will not be used for any other purpose. Providing a public submission is voluntary.
The platform we use to collect your information is Bang the Table. Your information is shared with Bang the Table and any third parties they use to deliver their services. You can read the Bang the Table privacy statement
Only authorised staff at Hutt City Council have access to your submission.
Your submission will be treated with care and anonymised after the submission period has ended and the bylaw adopted.
You are asked to optionally provide demographic information (what suburb you live in) so we can gauge the overall representativeness of survey respondents.
If you want to present at a sub-committee hearing we collect a contact name and email so that we can follow-up to schedule you into a hearing.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to have it corrected if you think it is wrong. If you would like to request a copy of your information or have it corrected, please get in touch with the Policy Team at Policy@huttcity.govt.nz.
