Information you provide in this survey is collected by our survey provider Engagement HQ, and accessible to authorised Hutt City Council staff. A summary of survey results, including anonymised quotes from survey responses will be available to Hutt City Council staff.

Providing some information is optional.

We keep your information safe by storing it in a restricted file in secure Council systems and deleting the information once the summary report is complete. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
