Information you provide in this survey is collected by our survey provider Engagement HQ, and accessible to Hutt City Council staff. A summary of survey results including anonymised quotes from survey responses will be available to: 

• The public on our website. 
• Landscape designers and artists engaged 

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide your contact or demographic information and contribute anonymously, we will still include your views. However, we will be unable to amend or retract the information from our database at your request.

This survey collects personal information from you, including:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your gender
• If you experience disability
• If you live in Moerā
• If you use the facilities in Moerā Reserve

We keep your information safe by storing it in a restricted file in Council’s information systems and deleting the information once the summary report is complete. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
