If you are under 16 there are much stricter rules around collecting your personal information. The 12-15 survey is fully anonymous, with no questions that could possibly identify participants. Unfortunately this also means that we would have no way of knowing who has completed the survey to be able to distribute prizes.

If you're 12-15, your voice is just as important so we hope you will still give us your valuable feedback, even without the incentive of a prize.
